To ensure that new employees register their devices with deeploi, we’ve set up an automated reminder system. This article explains what the reminders look like and when they are sent.
⭐️ Here’s how it works now:
- If a new joiner hasn’t registered their assigned device within 2 days, they’ll automatically receive a first reminder email.
- If they still haven’t registered after another 2 days, they’ll get a second reminder.
- And if the device remains unregistered 2 days later, we’ll notify the primary IT Owner of your organization directly via email.
This ensures that no device goes unregistered, helping you maintain maximum visibility and security across your devices. You can find the reminders at the end of this article.
✍️ And of course, you remain in control:
- You can adjust the number of reminders.
- You can define who in your organization should receive the notifications.
Simply let us know what changes you’d like, and we’ll take care of it. Just write us a message at hello@deeploi.io. We’re confident this update will make your onboarding process even smoother while strengthening the overall security of your IT environment. 🚀
