📦 Your Pre-Installed Software and Apps

Once you receive your company-issued device, you’ll need to complete the device registration (Windows, MacBook). This allows us to install a set of preconfigured software and applications, carefully selected by your employer to ensure you have all the tools you need to work effectively.

It's important to understand the following aspects of the pre-installed software:

Decided by Your Employer: The selection of pre-installed software is decided by your employer. This decision is based on the needs of your specific role, the overall requirements of the company, and security considerations.
Mandatory and Non-Removable: This software is essential for your work and the security of your device. As such, they cannot be removed or uninstalled from your device. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and security of the company's IT infrastructure.

🔎 Customize Your Apps - App Store

Our deeploi App Store lets you customize your device with additional software and applications. This feature allows you to choose and install apps that have not been pre-installed but are still approved and safe for use. Here's how you can use the App Store on macOS and Windows:

macOS Users

Open your launchpad.
Search for and click on Managed Software Center.

Windows Users

Click the deeploi logo located in your taskbar.
Select deeploi App Store in the menu.

🔎 Can't Find the deeploi Logo on Windows?

You can use one of the following two methods to locate the deeploi logo:

Possibility 1: Use the Search Function

Search for deeploi Companion
Click the magnifying glass icon at the bottom (Windows search), type "deeploi Companion", and click the app on the search results.

Possibility 2: Use your File Explorer

Open your File Explorer
Click the magnifying glass icon at the bottom (Windows search), type "file explorer", and click the app on the search results.
Navigate to the program folder
In the left navigation bar, scroll down and go to:
Local Disk (C:) → Program Files → deeploi Companion.
Manually start the app
Find "deeploi Companion.exe" and double-click it to launch the application.
