🛍️ Device Ordering Process

When ordering devices through our platform, you have two options:

1️⃣ Rent the device via topi and pay via topi link

2️⃣ Buy the device via comspot and pay via invoice

⏳ Option 1: Renting via topi

1. Open the deeploi platform
   Log into your deeploi platform, click Quick Actions, and select Order Device.
   
   
    
2. Choose your Device
   Select the device you'd like to order and click on it.
   
       
    
3. Select Device Information
   Select the quantity, choose Rent, and click Add 1 Device.
   
   
    
4. Add another device (optional)
   To add another device, click Add Device. Otherwise, click Continue.
   
   
    
5. Fill out Order Information
   Enter your delivery and recipient details, then click Continue.
   
   
    
6. Review your order
   Check that everything looks correct, then click Continue to continue with the topi checkout.
    
7. Choose Rental Details
   Select your rental duration and insurance options, then click Continue.
   
    
    
8. Complete your Order
   Finish the topi checkout by entering all required information.
   
    

🎯 Tracking: Track your order with the link you've received via email or in the deeploi platform under Inventory → Orders → select order → Parcels.

🛍️ Option 2: Buying via comspot

1. Open the deeploi platform
   Log into your deeploi platform, click Quick Actions, and select Order Device.
   
   
    
2. Choose your Device
   Select the device you'd like to order and click on it.
   
   
    
3. Select Device Information
   Select the quantity, choose Buy, and click Add 1 Device.
   
   
    
4. Add Another Device (optional)
   To add another device, click Add Device. Otherwise, click Continue.
   
   
    
5. Fill out Order Information
   Enter your delivery and recipient details, then click Continue.
   
    
    
6. Review your Order
   Check that everything looks correct, then click Continue. 
    
7. Confirm your Order
   Read and accept the Terms of Sale and Delivery, then click Buy Now. 
   ❗️By clicking Buy Now, you acknowledge that the order cannot be canceled.
   
   
    
8. Pay your Invoice
   You'll receive an invoice via email when the device is shipped. 
   ❗️Please complete your payment so that you're all set to order new devices. You may be contacted by comspot once certain thresholds are reached, as they may require additional financial information.
