With our platform and partnerships with comspot and topi, we provide the infrastructure that enables you to order hardware quickly and easily, with direct delivery to your preferred address. You simply select the devices you need, and the entire ordering flow runs smoothly through our solution.
In addition, we are the central point of contact between you, comspot and topi. We coordinate everything with comspot, and if topi needs anything, they may contact you directly.
2οΈβ£ comspot (sourcing, configuration, delivery)
Comspot takes care of everything related to device sourcing and delivery, ensuring that hardware orders can be fulfilled smoothly all the way to you.
This also includes individually configured devices, so you can order hardware tailored to your requirements. Comspot handles availability, configuration, shipping, and reliable delivery, making the end-to-end process as straightforward as possible for you.
3οΈβ£ topi (rental)
As our Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) partner, topi manages all financial and administrative aspects of the rental process. They perform a real-time credit check during checkout and handle the digital contract signing.
What information do we provide to topi?
To complete the preliminary credit check, we share your company name and address with topi after you sign with us and express interest in the procurement offering.
How does topi do the real time credit check?
The check runs automatically during checkout and gives you a result as soon as possible. topi uses publicly available information and trusted third-party data providers to complete the check. They follow data minimization principles, meaning they only collect and process the information necessary to assess creditworthiness. The system directly determines whether and to what extent a rental contract can be offered to the customer. Once the credit check is complete, topi assigns you a credit limit within which you can place orders. Potential outcomes of the check are:
- β Approved: Your company information is sufficient, and you get an instant response in the checkout.
- π Manual review: In some cases, topi needs to review the request manually. They will contact you if anything is required. This can take up to 24h.
- π More info needed: If some details are missing, topi will reach out to you to request additional information. Once itβs provided, the check can be completed.
- β No rental offer possible: In some cases, a rental contract cannot be offered. Topi will inform you and share the next steps.
What happens if you exceed the credit limit?
Once you reach your limit, you won't be able to complete the checkout. topi will contact you directly to discuss next steps. To increase the limit, they'll need additional information or documents from you to confirm your creditworthiness.
