💻 Device Overview

Our device overview shows you how many devices of what type are on your deeploi platform.

👥 Employee and license type overview 

Here you will get an overview of how many users are on your deeploi platform and which license they have (Managed, Light, or Not Managed). You can find a more detailed overview of your users in your employee's table.

🔒 Security Overview

Our security overview presents how many of your company's devices are protected and encrypted. Protected means that our Cybersecurity software Withsecure is installed on the device. Encrypted stands for the encryption of the hard drive of a device. You can find a more detailed overview of your device's security status in your device table.

📦 Bundles Overview

Here you will find an overview of all the Bundles you created on your deeploi platform. A bundle combines hardware, software, and accounts/licenses for a specific group of people. You can create Bundles in the Bundle tab of your deeploi platform. 

⌚️ IT hours saved by using deeploi

Our IT hours saved overview indicates how much time you saved by managing your IT using deeploi. This metric takes into account the number of On- and Offboardings, Software, and patches deployed on laptops, as well as IT requests resolved. 

🆘 Requests Resolved

Here you will find how many IT requests of employees of your company have already been resolved by deeploi. 

📓 Event log

The event log is one of three things you can check out right next to the dashboard. It gives you an overview of the events that happened on your deeploi platform. This includes new employees or devices added to the platform, or Cybersecurity events such as identifying and trashing suspicious files.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 Tickets

In the ticket tab to the right of the dashboard, you can see two things. First, you can view the satisfaction score of your employees with the deeploi support. Second, you can get an insight into the open IT requests of your employees.

📥 Inbox

Your inbox is the last thing to check out in the section right next to the dashboard. Here you will get notifications about devices that are not assigned to employees or employees that are not yet assigned to a bundle. Also, you will get notifications that have been offline for more than 7 days.
