To make sure new colleagues get access to the right tools on day one, and that leavers are cleanly signed out, we just need a quick setup from you.
1. Hand the Tool Over to deeploi
In the deeploi platform, go to the bundle section, switch to edit mode, and search for the tool you want us to manage. Set it to “managed by deeploi.”
This tells us that deeploi should take care of this tool for you from now on.
👉 Important: For every onboarding and offboarding, the bundles in deeploi are our source of truth. If a tool isn’t set to managed by deeploi, we won’t create or remove accounts for it.
2. Create a Tool Admin Account for deeploi
For deeploi to manage accounts in your tools, we need our own login with full rights. Please create a new user:
- Rights: Give this user Super Admin (or the highest role available).
✨ With this, we can invite new joiners to your tools and smoothly remove access when someone leaves. We can also support users along the way, whenever they need extra permissions or help.
How to do it: The steps look a bit different in each tool (Notion, Microsoft 365, Slack, …). In most cases you simply:
- Go to the tool’s user settings.
- Add a new user with the email above.
- Assign the highest admin role.
- Make sure the account is active.
And that’s it - from here, deeploi keeps everything tidy. 🪄
