⚙️ Edit & Cancel On/Offboarding Forms

During the onboarding and offboarding process, you must fill out forms containing all relevant data. Sometimes, however, details may change after these forms have been submitted.

This is no problem - you can edit almost all information later, as long as the onboarding or offboarding date has not yet passed.

⚒️ What details can you change?

During the onboarding process, you can edit almost all information, such as assigned bundles or business email addresses. Device assignments cannot be changed, and for HRIS integrations like Personio, the employee’s name also cannot be modified.

⚠️ Attention: Please note that once the email account has been created, the onboarding form can no longer be edited. For example, if the email account is created 14 days before the employee’s first day, you can only make changes to the form up to 15 days prior to the start date. After this point, edits are no longer possible and a support ticket must be submitted.

During the offboarding process, you can edit all data, including when accounts are being deprovisioned and how data is transferred.

Both the onboarding and Offboarding process, can be canceled entirely if needed.

💡 How does it work?

Editing On/Offboardings

1. Open the deeploi platform.

2. Go to the employee’s profile you want to update.

3. Click the three dots in the employee's profile.

4. Select "Edit on/offboarding".

5. Update the details as needed (e.g. bundle assignment).

6. Click "Continue" and “Save Changes.”

7. Done – that’s it!

Canceling On/Offboardings

Canceling these processes can be useful in different situations. For onboarding, this might be necessary if a candidate decides not to join after the form has already been submitted.
For offboarding, it can apply if an employee withdraws their resignation, their end date is extended, or a contract termination is delayed.

1. Open the deeploi platform.

2. Go to the employee’s profile you want to update.

3. Click the three dots in the employee's profile.

4. Click "Cancel On/Offboarding".

5. Confirm the cancellation.

6. Done – that’s it!
