1. Cancel existing Microsoft 365 licenses with your current provider
Request cancellation for the earliest possible date. Written confirmation is recommended.

Please cancel all Microsoft 365 licenses for our organization ([Company Name]) at the earliest possible date according to our contract terms.

Kindly confirm the effective cancellation date and let us know which licenses we currently still hold.

2. Notify deeploi of end date and license needs
Once you have confirmation from your provider:

• Inform deeploi of the exact end date of your current licenses.

• Specify which Microsoft 365 license types and how many of each you’ll need after migration.

Our Microsoft 365 licenses are cancelled.
We will need:
• 12x Business Standard on [date]
