☁️ Option 1: Upload the file to your Google Drive

  1. Download your Emergency Kit as a PDF.

  2. Do not fill out the Master Password in the file.
  3. Create a folder called "1Password" in your private Google Drive (make sure it is not stored with anyone).
  4. Upload document to Google Drive.

🖨️ Option 2: Print a Hard Copy

  • Print it out after setting up your account.

  • Store it somewhere safe, like:

    • 🔐 A (fireproof) safe

    • 🗂️ A locked file cabinet

    • 🏡 A secure drawer at home

Please use option 1 if you do not have a safe space like the ones mentioned above.

⚠️ Important Tips

  • Don’t share the file via Drive links unless encrypted and intentional.

  • Set 2FA on your Google account—mandatory if you’re storing sensitive stuff there.

  • Optionally label the folder something generic like “Travel Docs” so it’s not obvious what it is.
