❓ What do we mean by user & license management?

deeploi ensures that your new employees have easy access to the service and SaaS tools included in their bundles. If a license is required for these tools and you’ve selected it in the bundles, we will handle the license management for you. For example, we will set up a Microsoft 365 account with the appropriate license for your colleagues, so they can use Outlook without any issues.

🚨 Important Notes for user & license management

• If the employee is assigned to a bundle that does not include access to specific software or SaaS tools, we cannot create or close their account during onboarding or offboarding, as we only manage accounts and licenses that are included in the employee's package.
• Please add admin access only for SaaS or service tools that are available for selection in bundles.

Here’s a list of all the service and SaaS tools where we can manage both user accounts and/or licenses for you.

🤷‍♂️ What can I do of deeploi can't manage my tool right now?

If there are service or SaaS tools that we currently do not manage, please email us with your request and a public link to the tool. We will review the tool, but please note that the process may take some time due to its detailed nature to ensure we provide you with the best possible support.

👣 How to request service & SaaS tools at deeploi

1. Email Us: Send an email to hello@deeploi.io with the details and link of the service and SaaS tools you want to request.
2. Initial Review: We will perform an initial review of the tools you’ve submitted.
3. Discuss Requirements: We will schedule a meeting to understand your needs and how you plan to use the tools.
4. Feedback: We will let you know which tools we can manage based on the criteria below.
5. Tool Availability: Approved tools will be added to the deeploi platform, and you can then include them in your bundles.

✅ Criteria for Evaluating SaaS Tools

• Sensitive Data: We do not manage tools that provide access to highly sensitive company data, such as Personio or Moss.
• Admin Access: The tool must allow the creation of a separate admin account for deeploi.
• User Accounts: Each user should be able to have their own account without requiring additional invitations after the initial setup.
• License Approval: You must have the ability to approve license purchases and provide a valid payment method.
