📱 How to register your iPhone/iPad with deeploi

When you register your iPhone/iPad with deeploi, it gets connected to our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. This ensures your device is secure, compliant, and ready for work without manual setup.

Your device will be:

• 💼 Set up with the required apps for your role
• 🔒 Encrypted so your data is protected according to your employer's security standards
• ⚙️ Automatically configured (Wi-Fi, security policies, and more)

🆕 For New Joiners

1️⃣ Select your country and language

• Choose the country or region where you are located and the language you want to use.

2️⃣ Connect to Wi-Fi

• Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

3️⃣ Remote Management & profile download

⚠️ Important: If the window shown below does not appear on your screen, please continue here.

• Select "enroll" to proceed.

  

4️⃣ Install the profile

• Open the deeploi registration email sent to your personal email address „💻 Required COMPANY device registration" on a second device. Here, you can find your personal device registration code. Alternatively, you can ask your IT Owner for your code.

• Enter your personal device code from the email in the field shown on screen.

  

• The profile will now be downloaded and installed automatically.

  

5️⃣ Final Set Up

• If needed, you can set up Face ID or skip this step by selecting "Set Up Later".
• Create a Passcode.
• Continue with Automated Updates.
• If needed, you can set up Location Services or skip this step by selecting "Set Up Later".
• If needed, you can set up your eSIM or skip this step by selecting "Set Up Later".

• Choose your design.

  

6️⃣ Verify the Profile

• Open "Settings", tap "General", and select "VPN & Device Management". Here you can confirm if the deeploi profile has been installed correctly.

  

  

  

🎉 Your device is now registered and ready for work!

🔄 For Current Employees

1️⃣ Open the deeploi registration email

• Log in to your work mailbox via Safari (e.g. mail.google.com or outlook.com) to make sure you have access to your emails for the following steps. You can find your credentials in our welcome email or from your employer.

• Open your mailbox and look for the deeploi email with the subject „💻 Required COMPANY device registration".
  
  💡 Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, ask your IT owner to resend the registration link.

  

• Scroll down to the second section and click the „Register" button. Alternatively, you can also start the registration process via start.deeploi.io and follow the indicated steps.

  

2️⃣ Confirm the browser and your device

• Please first confirm that you are using the Safari browser. The download only works over Safari - Google Chrome or other browsers cannot be used!

  

• Confirm that this is your work device and click „Yes".
  
  ⚠️ Important: Only register your work device. Never register your personal device. MDM provides visibility into installed apps and device information, and certain actions such as a reset can result in the permanent loss of your personal data.

  

3️⃣ Download the deeploi configuration profile

• Click „Allow" to start the download.

  

4️⃣ Install the profile

You need to install the profile manually via your settings:

1. Open your "Settings".

   

2. Go to "General" and select "VPN & Device Management".

   

3. Tap on the downloaded profile „iPad/iPhone Enrollment for...".

   

4. Tap „Install" and then „Trust" to install the profile.

   

   

• The profile will install automatically.
