🧐 How do I create a deeploi helpcenter account?

Creating a deeploi helpcenter account gives you access to our IT-Helpdesk and extensive knowledgebase. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you sign up:

1. Entering the deeploi helpcenter

• Click on this link to be redirected to the deeploi helpcenter. 
• Please click the ‘Sign in’ button in the top-right corner (see screenshot below). 

• Next, you get redirected to the ‘Sign in to deeploi’ view (see screenshot below).
• Please click on the ‘Sign up’ button and you can start the Sign Up Process.

2. Starting the Sign Up Process

• Enter your full name and email address in the designated fields (see screenshot below).
• After entering your details, click the blue ‘Sign up’ button.

3. Completing the Sign Up

• A new tab will appear, prompting you to check your email for further instructions.

4. Activating your Account

• Check your email inbox for a message from deeploi (see the attached screenshot for reference). Don't forget to check the SPAM folder in case you cannot find it. 
• In the email, click on the ‘Create a Password’ link.
• After following the link to set up your password, you will be able to sign in to the deeploi platform.
