Our IT-Helpdesk is available from 9am to 6pm CET (Monday to Friday) and we offer IT Support in German and English. You're always welcome to reach out and we are happy to provide you with support!

Regular IT Support:
- We are available to address all issues related to your hardware, software, and license setup.

Examples:
- Problems logging in into an application.
- An existing app does not start properly.
Emergency IT Support:
- Only available for urgent and resource-critical issues
- For urgent IT matters, please call us, you will find our hotline number here on the bottom page.
Examples:
- One or more devices were lost.
- There have been attempts to hack a device.
