πŸ”„ Integrated with your HRIS vs. manual import of data

There are two options for importing your employee data onto the deeploi platform. First, you can integrate your HRIS system. This guarantees that your employee data in the deeploi platform always is up-to-date with your HRIS software. Also, we know when people coming and when they are leaving your company and can automatically trigger our joint On- and Offboarding processes.

Second, you can manually import data. This means, you once have to create every employee on your deeploi platform. Also in case of an On- or Offboarding of an employee you have to manually create this new user or enter an End date for an existing employee. Only by doing this we can know about the On- and Offboarding and assist you on the IT side of it.

πŸ’ͺ🏻 Actions

Within your Employees Table you can take the following actions:

  • Filter employees
  • Change licenses
  • Search employees
  • Add/delete employees

πŸ—ƒFilter employees

You can filter employees by their license type "Managed", "Light" and "Not managed". This way you can get an overview of which employees currently have which license type. By default, the filter is set to "Managed" and "Light". If you want to see your "Not managed" users you have to adjust the filter.

πŸ“ Change licenses

You can change the licenses of your employees in two ways. First, you can change the license of an individual user in his Personal Information window. Second, you can also change the license of multiple users simultaneously. You can do this by first selecting multiple employees in the checkbox column to the left of the table and then clicking on change license.
