💳 How does paying for deeploi work?

deeploi uses the payment provider Stripe. You set your payment credentials once during our launch session. Afterwards, you can change them on the platform by clicking on your profile in the top left corner of the deeploi platform. Here you can select payment details and get forwarded to your settings in Stripe.

Our billing always takes place on the 28th of a month. If it should ever happen that there are insufficient funds on your means of payment we will try collecting again after 3, 5, or 7 days.

You will get your deeploi invoice by e-mail within five working days after the 28th. Please check your invoice immediately to see if everything is alright or whether you have any open questions. You can submit any complaints at billing@deeploi.io within fourteen days of your invoice date.
